1. Do you only sell Chocolate Chip Cookies?
Yes! It has been our experience that people always come back to the classics…no matter how young or old…and that has been our focus. We are looking into baking other cookies, and we experiment constantly, but until we find another “classic”, we will proudly bake as many chocolate chip cookies as we can.
2. How long will my cookies stay fresh?
As you know, Maggie’s Cookies are baked with only the finest, freshest ingredients, without preservatives. Please keep them in an airtight container or bag at room temperature. Traditionally, they are not around long enough to know when they stop tasting yummy. One week at room temperature is probably the maximum.
If you would like to savor them, put them in the freezer in a freezer safe container. My Great Aunt Ruthie takes them out one at a time, defrosts it, microwaves it for a couple of seconds (timing varies depending on microwave), and presents is to my Great Uncle Whitey as fresh baked!
3. Are your cookies presented in special gift boxes?
Maggie’s Cookies are tastefully presented in a variety of ways. Check out the Cookies e-store or the Cookies ~ for Pick up Sections. You can see pictures of our current menu. When you give Maggie’s Cookie, we guarantee that the recipient will know that you care. Maggie’s Cookies evoke “feel good” sensations, both for the eyes and the tummy.
4. How do I know that my order is being processed?
You will receive an email from Maggie’s Cookies that the order has been received and is being processed. When the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so that you can confirm delivery.
5. How soon will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday-Wednesday will be baked and shipped within 48 hours of the order receipt. Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will be baked and shipped on Monday and Tuesday, depending on volume and receipt of orders. You can also email us if you would like your order for a specific day.

6. How do you ship Maggie’s Cookies?
Cookies are shipped either United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Arrangements can be made to overnight orders by emailing orders@ilovemaggiescookies.com.
7. What if I am not shipping my Maggie's Cookies order?
You can still order through the e-store and email us to arrange delivery or pick up. Or simply download the order form and email it to Maggie’s Cookies at orders@ilovemaggiescookies.com. We will then email or call you to make arrangements for to get your cookies.
8. Do you deliver your cookies in the Reading and Greater Berks County area?
